For various things I have needed to take a manual handling course, each times it's been the exact same video every time, it is informative enough but it drags.
More interesting and in depth about why manual handling techniques are good for your body

The course was positive nothing I haven't covered before but the comments from the guys there very good. The down side to long could have been covered in 3 hours.
