Not designed by educators worth their salt, it was bad enough when it was a box-ticking exercise that didn't reflect the practicalities of real world movement, they've now decided to extend the anatomy and physiology component to drag out the experience even further. The test is a pointless 'recall' exercise that proves nothing. Lazy, lazy course that gives health and safety a bad name. 1 start for the effort put into production values of the footage, if not the design or script content.
Think this should be done in work time not my family time

Not engaging and hard to keep track when watching with no sound
It´s common sense to take care your self of course.
There is a big difference between on site and picking up a box of paper in the office
I will be honest - I appreciate the opportunity to learn about how to lift safely - we often do a group collection of heavy deliveries and the reminder of lifting from the knees was a helpful reminder. However, I found the course to be quite patronising and was a bit "obvious" and cringy.Sorry! Thank you for asking though 😊

same as fire assessment, downloadable certification to prove that you have completed the training to provide to any sites that may ask for you to produce.
The concept of aligned back is now clinically proven to be false. NHS physios are told this, you should not be reinforcing old ways of thinking. A test on why the world is flat would be as dated as this guff.
