Seems tobe office based course.

This manual handling course is informative regarding body structure but does not cover heavy industry or other lifting techniques for matetials in the constructive industry, i.e fulcrum points, point of pivots for even balancesof weight , and use of shoulders and upper arms for longer objects , and lots of other materials other than office based equipment ,, should be several courses giving people other aspects of lifting in a variety of industries .

A very long course

Be good to skip some videos and read it as very long winded

Repetitive

Too long and repeats instructions

Nice beginning.

An interesting beginning with reference to basics of manual handling and skeletal structure. However I felt the practical examples came over as slightly patronising and school teacher'ish.

Not as bad as the other courses

Still a bit basic. Nothing on using glutes/proper core engagement. At least one instance in a video demonstration of someone bending at the waist (oops) and what's with the demos of uneven lifts/not having both feet flat on the floor?

Painstaking getting through it

Just let us do the test. Being forced to listen to half an hour when we've already done these courses countless times before is completely unnecessary.
