Manual Handling Online???!!!

insulting to anyone's intelligence.

The items and techniques covered are just normal sensible precautions and systems any moderately sensible person would employ. It is just another example of dumbing down and money for old rope for what is a captive audience when Manual handling training is enforced because it is a requirement of the company that employs.

A bit long winded for me.

Good, helpful

Informative.

far too long

to complete this course it takes 35 mins out of my working day which means I'm either not doing the job I am paid to do or worse I have to complete this work related course on my own time. the training repeats its self and ideally should be make shorter

boring - too repetitive

I have done the course more than once. Boring, too repetitive and apart from reminding me of a couple of points I found it a waste of time.

Very basic and obvious with some gaps

Gaps: moving items from table to floor lift requiring more than three people which the course says is not effective. Coffins are usually carried by more than three! We have lengths of rail which need more than three persons to move

Condescending

Very codescending in presentation. A few less silly smiles and a bit more realism. It would have more impact if your demonstration loads actually had some weight. Also practice what you preach. When adjusting the load on the trolly your presenter should bend the knees with a straight back to move it, not bend at the waist and give it a shove. This is supposed to be a load not an empty cardboard box. Also when moving the bench, let us hear her organising the lift command " I will say 'one two three lift, and we lift together on lift' we put it down again on 'one two three down' and lower on down". Also when they have lifted before moving off let us hear her check eveyone is ok before giving the command to move. Someone might not be comfortable with their grip or position.

not bad but could he improved.

it's too lengthy. the information could be summarised in a few paragraphs to read rather than a 30 minutes video. it's quite interactive which is good but could be a little shorter..
