The course was informative, however, I found the online course was generalised to office workers, and NOT for the tasks we are asked to carry out on a general basis,there is no way we can measure the weight which we are required to move and lift on a daily bases
very little to no mention of mechanical lifting assistance even though that is part of manual handling. no training on correct use of pump trucks and a passing mention on use of trolleys. as well as nothing on pushing or pulling loads. With no real mention of load limits beyond showing the chart on screen. otherwise the videos are easy to follow if the questions were a bit basic and obvious. I personally don't see how you can do effective training online for this and is more a practical matter then a factual one.
