would be nice to see a training program with real people doing it and not actors that haven't done a days work in there life! example of lifting stuff totally not in the real world! use weight in the boxes and not empty ones then get them to lift it! don't twist while carrying stuff, look at your example of team lifting where both the blokes where twisted while walking with the bench. one was putting it down while stood away from it. double standards! get real with your training examples.

35 minutes of boredom listening to something that could be said in 5.

Far too long winded for what should be a simple course.

where the course was to instruct manual handling for a able bodied human there was nothing included for a disable person or older human which find it hard to get up from bent knees.

I had to load a new tab everytime I wanted to move onto the next section, after every video I was unable to click next.When encountering this problem, I had a very generalised amount of support that was not specific enough to solve my problem, It took much longer than necessary...

Manual handling techniques have moved on considerably and this video does not reflect that what so ever.
