Could be condensed into a shorter version putting all pointers together of the basics rather than individual videos As then it becomes tedious as the trainer become repetitive on the the examples pointers gives etc
For various things I have needed to take a manual handling course, each times it's been the exact same video every time, it is informative enough but it drags.

Manual lifting was incorporated in the Health & Safety Essentials IHASCO training so I felt it had already been covered and therefore not really necessary to repeat separately.
