Loose time
For those having done these manual handling training units for years, the videos are intolerably slow and also patronising. This leads to disengagement with the course content. Please offer the option for users to opt for a transcript read through (without the 10s of clicks required to forward the short video units) and to sit a harder test.

all items within the course are covered in company manual handling video, its unnecessary to complete a second course with the same topics.
Hope never to have to repeat
It could be useful for someone who has never done any sports or physical exercises at all. I don't know such people so I find this training course a waste of time.
