The hygiene part and cleanliness was excellent as I serve tea and coffee. I never cook or prepare hot food so only need the basics.

Have a small test after each section instead of one long one at the end.

It's just a basic food safety and would be perfect if we worked in catering but not much about our work environment.Wish there was more food safety about knife sharpening and the metal that needs to be washed off after. (I see people just using it without cleaning)
This course does not really cover the transportation of food goods for which I am employed to do.
