It was an easy to use course. Easy to follow.

Although the information provided in this particular is very important, it is extremely time consuming and takes all of your attention, which is not soo good, especially when you have other responsibilities..
Example shown of dosing of a sanitiser into a sink of water is clearly unmeasured and just 'a slosh will do' attitude. Not good enough! It's also stated that MSDS contain usage guidance for chemicals. I have reviewed thousands of MSDS, and never once seen usage guidance within one. There is also some confusing wording within the test - e.g. 'wash hands after changing task' is given as a correct answer, but surely that should be before changing tasks or during the change of task!
The sections were way too long and I became bored. I made loads of notes but hardly anything I wrote down was in the questions.
As I work in care settings some information was provided not needed to my job and Im not going to remember it. It was long. Shorter training is better for concentration, focus and memory.
Extensive Level 2 training but not appropriate for my environment at St St Petrocs, where there won't be written food handling procedures or dedicated PPE, for example.

Training food hygiene is a good programme to practice all the time.
Really long winded and the questions asked at the end were more common sense than what the actual course taught one.
