Good course but too generalised . I work in manufacturing and found most of the course more relevant to food preparation in a restaurant
would be good to be able to have a second attempt.
A rather wordy and boring course. Sorry I kept dropping off to sleep whilst listening and watching! Could the same information be communicated in far less words?? ..... In perhaps half the time?
This course was long ! To be honest I wanted to give up several times! It is a thorough course but I think Level 1 would have been better for me as I am a volunteer.
It covers what I would need but it is really really long.
I guess it conveyed the necessary info but crikey it was as dull as ditchwater. I suppose food hygiene isn't the most glamorous course but I found it difficult to engage with this important subject via e-training. At least if the course was being presented live then I could have asked some questions especially about HACCP. Some of the addendums that refer to Covid19 simply didnt even address the latter.

I've done many of these courses from different providers and I prefer to be able to read the information in the screen. Too much talking in this one.
A lot of it didn't apply to my volunteering role, so hard-going to keep focussed!I do like the training style and format of the courses (this is my second) though.
Professional but too long.
