Long but needed

It was long but very informative and they split it in a very easy and understandable way and gives me confidence in what I have learnt.

Overall the training was very informative and the video clips included were useful in terms cementing understanding. I found the answers to some of the questions during the test seemed to overlap, so you really had to think carefully.

Outlines basics well

Useful for people with little or no knowledge. As I have existing knowledge, it was a good recap but more of a legal requirement for me.

I found the course very informative.

Each section of the course was very detailed and well presented. Quite a lot of the content was tailored to industrial kitchens/catering. Possibly an idea maybe at the start of the course to offer options to anyone training to chose the correct and most appropriate training package suitable to their working environment e.g. School,

good - asking occasional questions to check people are still watching / listening - ability to check / get more info / personalise unitbut - quiz is twitchy and you don't get to change your answer so be sure before you click as it moves on

Much of this course wasn't really relevant as I don't actually prepare food but as I serve food I guess it's useful.
