course content was good but video sections wouldn't play so was winging it a bit due to lack of information
I think that the frequency of questions with obviously wrong answers should be severely reduced. These questions undermine the entire qualification and make it too easy to pass without fully understanding the subject area.
at 55 degree c. most bacteria do "die" / the growth is slowed down,but most bacteria are not pathogenic. Calibrating Temp probes should be done more than twice a year .etc.etc .
i stood couple houres and i mange to finsh my course but was very good and i try to have one more just i can get all i need and having gain much more experince and follwing steps.
