The course taught the content in manageable sections and kept the structure interactive by short questionnaires throughout. The interaction is kept to a minimum, which doesn't disturb the flow of the teaching and is thus a positive aspect of the experience. However, the videos are sometimes a bit wordy, making the course a lengthy and mundane task to complete.

There is plenty of content to this course - all the information required for a food handler. However, that is only really useful for the more diligent person - the 20 multiple choice questions are very simple, and I don't think challenging enough to find the candidate's true knowledge, and think that some people would skip learning the facts and just take a chance on the questions as they are extremely basic and most could be guessed. I have participated in many courses in person and online, and I got one wrong by clicking on the incorrect answer even though I knew the correct one as I was distracted. This shows that luck could play a huge part in passing or failing this food safety test. I believe that some input should be required by the participant to see that they have absorbed some of the information given.

Would like a book cannot afford ink for print

Not good for my job role as I dont work in kitchen. Could be more oriented on transport and storing food to premises.

I got 1 question wrong. O went back as suggested to review ,then tried to get back to the test. I went through the 48 sections twice and each time when I clicked next it just took me back to section 1.

Took over an hour to complete, wish I could have skipped some of the videos as a lot of it I already knew.

It was a good training and improved my knowledge regarding food safety and hygiene.

Really good although could be good to have a write up with the video.

Great course content, but not fully relevant to my role and setting.

The test should let you review your answer before taking it as final. The couple I got wrong I pressed by accident it is too easy on a smart phone to press the wrong thing. Your test takes the first press as final
