This course is still not working properly.

The program kept freezing so many of the sessions had to be skipped. Please check it is working properly. Thanks

The programme started with promise. A good presenter, with a clear voice. But barely a third of the way through, the sound went off, and I had too complete the course, using the sub tittle system.

this is very informative and visually attractive training if you are new or inexperienced in catering. This was a complete waste of time having many years of experience in catering. It is like health and safety for dummies. This was meant to refresh my mind on ways to reduce health and safety at work, it didn't need to be 60 minutes long.

the trainer was so dull it made you not want to take the test

it took a lot longer than the suggested one hour but got there in the end

I training was great and beneficial to my work.

This is a ggod informative course. I however do not understand why you have Level 1 and Level 2. For me Level 2 was a repetition of Level 1 with some additions on precures at the end. I think it should just be one course as I dont see the benefit of splitting them into 2 courses.

A glitch on your system has let you down.
