Long pointless unskipable videos complete waste of my employers time I'm not doing it on my own anyway so thats a bonus

Waste of time for nothing. Nobody in any company (catering, coffee shops or restaurants) respect this. This courses are waste of time.

Anyone who made it to adulthood not knowing this has been failed by the education system.

I can't learn from talking heads. I need to be able to control the speed at which I learn. If you had let me read the transcript andskip the videos, I would have found it much easier. I have never before believed in the "kinaesthetic, visual, audio" learning types theory, but this course was nearly impossible for me to complete.

The course could be delivered ina readable format to save time, and hour of listening could have been done in 5 minutes of reading

This exam is important for all people who are just beginning to work and continues to be useful for the person who works there as well

I had issues completing my training for months and months due to a fault on the system where by it didn't move forward due to a network or connection issue which created a black screen and said the system wasn't supported. This created a lot of problems and time constraints for me in completing my training.
