Load of rubbish.

I completed this training, however it was not at all relevant to the job that I do. We assist people with their own food in their own homes for which they are responsible. We do not take deliveries of food, store food, do any hot holding or pretty much anything else contained in the course.

I could have achieved the same test result without painstakingly sitting through the videos. The answers are basic common sense..

Very repetitive and frustratingly long Surely could be condensed.we are adults not children you're talking to.

Far too long. Too much information to take in before test

already know that

you never use a red mop in the kitchen nor a blue mop bucket also never put a knife in a sink

A more succinct training that's relevant to my role would be better.
