Although the course content was very thorough, I would have preferred the option to choose even transcript or watch video. The video just repeated verbatim what the transcript said and made the modules boring to listen to. However, being able to read the transcript at my pace of reading would have resulted in the same level of comprehension but allowed me to finish the course quicker. I have been on similar courses online which have allowed transcript, video and transcript or just video. Giving the user options of how they wish to participate would be far better.

This is quite possibly the worse food hygiene course that i have ever done, not enough information and too much to download also very contradictory

The entirety of the course, except for the last section, was just an exact repeat of the Level 1 course. Having already completed Level 1, this felt like such a waste of time. Either there should have been entirely new videos for Level 2 or it should only include the new information, or perhaps be more clear to employers that you only need to do this video for L2 not both of them.

This is a very boring way to learn and does not allow for kinesthetic learners.

The course was over an hour which made it very hard for me to remember everything in a short amount of time despise writing notes. The questions were not clear and took up a lot of time to do but overall I did learn a lot and this should be beneficial for me in the future.
