Way too long and content heavy.

Need more interaction to keep the participants engaged and motivated throughout the course.

Lack of relevance

This should be relevant to our job roles not just a course to tick a box. We do not need to know the correct way to clean a fridge etc. It should cover about visiting premises, following site rules, awareness of clients policies ...I did however like the course due to my interest in food hygiene.

I would prefer a written version

Being given the option to choose between watching a video and reading a scribed version would be very helpful and account better for different learning styles. I found the set up of so many small videos very frustrating. I would prefer one long one, or several larger ones, if it has to be videos. Although I much prefer getting information through reading or through in person training - I find it difficult to concentrate on pre-recorded training. That said, the content was fit for purpose.

The course is to long

It is not appropriate for us because we do different works and we only do two hours it’s not always relevant to what we do in the kitchen also when you get the course wrong you waste 3 hours of your time for example I got the course wrong 3 times and it has wasted 3 hours of my time it’s not for parents who has autistic children in there family this takes a lot of the time and it’s very unnecessary for some people who dose two hour work a day most of the staff get there family to do it for them so at the end of the day what is the point of cheating I am not one of them Thank you
