Should put them together
Poor service and restarting to the course on every prompt to next stage.
A lot of information to take in in one session. At start of course it said it would take 1 hour, it actually took me and some colleagues 2 hours to complete.
This is mostly common sense and the training does not take into account the fact that most people do not learn by being talked at.
I think we could have completed the course individually on line without having to travel to the venue.
I had to log in numerous times to complete the exam. No I am unable to log in and finish my Fire Warden exam as the site keeps crashing. The audio did not work either. However thank you for the course.
