This training is the most important I've done, challenging in a good way. It's made me aware of the reasons behind my decisions, actions and preferences. It's the type of training that needs to be done regularly. Everyone needs to do this training.

This course challenges the way we see staff capabilities and what we think they are good / not good at.
With it being my first Manager Role I found it very useful and helpful.
