Very interesting explanation of the intentional and unintentional bias that we all have but are totally unaware of that affect our decisions and actions and actions on a daily basis

good course
Whilst general principals have global reach the expression and presentation was almost embarrassingly UK /Eurocentric
would be good to take the bias test as part of the training in order to promote further thought/discussion. Otherwise useful.
Presenter had a good understanding of the subject matter, the fact she had a tattoo herself as an example was used to good effect as a prompt, moreover it was a well delivered course
