made me question my own thoughts

Interesting training helped me questions my own thoughts and actions. Some take a ways especially around involving people more in meetings.

Makes you think

The course is well laid out and easy to understand. It is quite surprising to see how we have bias without even realising it. It makes you think/challenge your perceptions of people which is good. I will certainly try to use this information in my day to day life at work and life in general.

Very Much a Course for Everyone

The delivery of the course was very good, well put together and very informative. I took notes but could recall most of the questions easily because of the format used, I did read one question incorrectly and kind of rushed in instead of taking my time, but all good and I will take what I have learned into my daily life from now.

Interesting vourse

Unconscious Bias for Management is an interesting course. Makes you think about any bias that you never evem realised you had. Gives good definitions of different types of bias. As a manager, I have also completed Unconscious bias for Employees but it is not necessary to do both as the management one covers all of the employee one anyway but has a few different managerial sections. So will delete the Employees one moving forward.

Interesting and thought provoking

Can def see where some of my biases creep in and will look to address these. Also can see where colleagues biases are as well which was quite fascinating!

Interesting and informative

The presenter was clear and professional. It certainly made me question my own unconscious bias and I will take away from this course the need to question myself in all areas of management in the future both in relation to my colleagues and customers and how I react to them.

Interesting content with mixed aids.

An interesting training to explain how the unconscious bias is formed, the types of stereotypes and how to minimize bias decisions at work place.
