The training lacks opportunites for challenging our biases. There could have been videos to illustrate examples of biases which we are unaware of. I didn't feel that the training was effective or would encourage someone to reflect and be aware of their behaviour. Micro-actions does not take into consideration of cultural differences and most of the examples are euro-centric.
The course has some useful ideas, but a lot of listening and not many practical activities. It didn't challenge me - if I was sceptical about the existence or importance of unconscious bias I don't think I'd have changed my mind.
overlong for content which is mostly common sense

Should have just said "Do not pre judge people" & "Do not be deceived by misconceptions"
Good for the most part, but mostly patronising and repetitive.
Some interesting points, but the presentation of this was very slow, and could have been done in 10-15 minutes instead of 30+ minutes - as a result I switched off mentally and just let each video run by itself in the background and skimmed the transcript for most sections. There was no option to speed up the video on the slow bits or just confirm you'd read the transcript (which took less than half the time). Some of the "quiz" at the end was almost insultingly simple.
I skipped the slides and went straight to the test which I passed. The questions are quite simplistic and maybe need updating to reflect current equality issues ...
A low level course with some poor examples; the test assumes that i have a bias towards someone who is multi-lingual, this is an outdated belief and something you should look to acknowledge, challenge and train people to avoid. Aside from that the course requires only basic recall of the information with no higher level cognition required and so lacks a complete judgement on the learners understanding of the topic.
