Some good info.

I found this topic too much too take in whilst sat at my desk . This would probably be better holding this training in a class room ? Not sure I would change the way I deal with bias in the future .

Makes you think

While this training makes you think about unconscious bias, it does not actually give much helpful advice as to how to put it into practice. It keeps telling you to "be constantly conscious", but doesn't tell you how to train your brain to do this or how to help yourself to deal with the any actual bias!

Questions a challenge

I feel the training was superb however the questions could be reviewed and worded easier for everyone accessing these courses.

Terminology clarification

Out of the suite of training I have completed, this topic proved more problematic for me when undertaking the test. I believe it was the terms used in the video, compared with the terms used in the test, that did not immediately make it identifiable to make me confident in answering some of the questions. I am very familiar with this topic and have attended other training on the topic so, therefore, was surprised by my experience. The presenter of the video was very good. Perhaps a slide with definitions of terminology would be beneficial.

Tedious

What's the point for people who had this training in other fields plenty of times?

Informative but too long

I found it slow to progress through which was a bit frustrating as you can't speed it up or skip to the questions

A well meaning course.

I feel that there a lot of staff that do not buy into this way of thinking.
