Slow and uninformative

I can read much more quickly than it takes me to listen to a recording - let me skip ahead to the next section as soon as I've read the transcript

Patronising. Woke. Thought police.

This training sets up the presenter as being the person who is 'right' , speaking to you - the person who is 'wrong'. The message is that the trainee must think and behave as the trainer would like them to. There is no question that that trainer might not have this quite right.

3 learning styles this does not encompas

there are 3 types of learning styles and this is only one of them. there should be options with all 3 types of learning styles as watching slides is useless to some people like myself we have to get touchy feely to learn things

Doesn't make any difference

The ihasco training makes no difference to my working life and causes more stress when trying to actually pass the test because your company forces or bribes you to do the courses.

Divisive and Counterproductive

This training does nothing but develop activists to surely create division within an organization. This division will change the main focus of the business. This is a grave concern for the safety critical parts we develop for many industries. The training material states that some thinking is "outdated". There is no and should never be any governing authority to determine what is "outdated thinking". History is vital so we do not repeat our mistakes. And many of these mistakes are produced from the enabling of others sophisticated narcissism that is often masked very well. No one should ever ignore there instincts. Often, their instincts are most accurate after all the dust settles and the truth is finally exposed. This training does nothing but destroy anyones sense of self and subjects them to your dictates of the "current way of thinking". If IHascos intention was to make discouraged employees of Linamar, they have succeeded. This is a very frightening direction for the company.

What a waste of time!

A complete waste of time - this course didn't teach me anything I didn't already know and I haven't taken anything away from it.

No Stars!

What Rubbish, never had bias, I don't judge others and only deal in facts. Most of what I heard in this course was assuming that I am biased or that I judge others, consciously or otherwise, utter rubbish.

little more than a comprehension test

Creating a buzz word or a phrase and then testing whether the student understands your buzz word is a ridiculous waste of time. A summary of this entire course could have been delivered as 30 second facts not padding out waffle to waste time.
