More about returning for individual employees not the current situation. Covid info and current situation felt tacked on. Implication that not been working rather than working in a different way (and in many cases very effectively). Presented as a return to old way of working rather than taking into account the lessons of the last 18 months and a more flexible approach.

The basis of this material is communicated within organisation. Returning into community building all had and made risk assessments available and all precautions are taken. I have experienced some of the health and wellbeing issues and having action planned for a new chair from my employers. All in all precautions are being adhered to in my experience.

For staff who were on Furlough and were returning for work its very good. For staff who worked all the way through not really relevant, as we were the ones who put everything into place to for the return to work employees. ( as per the video)

Patronizing in tone, and focusing on the blindingly obvious. Who knew that I could make a marmalade sandwich the night before going to work? And hold the front page- I could ring the Samaritans. My time could have been spent more meaningfully. The overall impression was that this was an older product which had been re labelled as Coronvirus in order to sell more copies.

of the content is common sense and focused on full-time employees but I understand that volunteers face many similar problems. I just want to get back to the work I was doing 6 months ago!

its good that we are sent this course so that we can voice are views. but I felt a lot more questions could have been added like, feeling safe at work, what impact me working have on my family etc.
