Not bad but bit too unnecessary imo

I appreciate you are taking into consideration and value employees wellbeing and mental health for post covid return to work on site, but the course is a bit too pedant/devoid of real content, in my opinion. I understand the advices provided can be useful and may be often overlooked or wrongly considered as trifle, but still, in a trade off between time to spend to follow the course and real gain from it, this course falls to much in an unfavourable spot, as far as I'm concerned (of course if it's a law requirement/company policy to do it, then the matter change).ThanksMichele B.

All rather obvious.

I've been back in the office for nearly a year, so a bit late in the day for me. The positive is that it provided some insight into how my colleagues might feel when they return in the coming days.

Not very useful to me

Personally, I didn't really need to do this course, or gain much from it. I can see it may be useful to people who have anxieties about returning, but I am not in that camp. I don't think my employer needed to make it mandatory.

ok

Little long winded

A lot on well-being and resilience

This was very much focused on well-being and resilience which overlaps with other sessions. Some aspects should be optional e.g. how to breath. It seems time wasting to be taught deep breathing when it's something some people use in everyday life already in sport & leisure activities.I am possibly being a bit negative, as this might be helpful as a one-off session, but having done a few sessions now I feel there is too much overlap and they are taking too much time covering old ground or simple common sense.

All common sense really!

Common sense

To be honest this was a bit long winded. Common sense prevails and we should really have no reason no to get 100%. It could have been condensed into half as long.

Some interesting information

Probably very useful for people who have not already returned to work already. Not so useful for those who returned some time ago or have been working throughout the Covid pandemic

good topics

video was good at highlighting the issues people may have with regards dread/anxiety on returning to the office - people may ignore or not address this - when in reality its normal and we have to work through it on return

Useful tips

It was helpful with some useful tips. I think some of the content was more relevant to returning to work after sickness absence (for example a Return to Work Interview)
