obvious, condescending and stress induci

What was the point of this course - apart from to make me feel more anxious and irritated. With no option to skip obvious suggestions one has to sit through a lot of being talked to like a child going to school for the first time and then take a "test". This does not seem like a very good format for supporting a return to work

Patronising, infantile and time wasting

The course was the worst kind of patronising tokenism. It treated us as idiots or children. It felt as if it was copied from "the young child's guide to management". 1* is a gross exaggeration. I have much more important things to do than be patronised online by my employer. In addition to getting my name wrong (Robert is my legally given name, which I do not use, but you could not know that) your system decided to be familiar and call me "Rob" - crass.

As below

I believe most of this was covered in another returning to work module and could be easily incorporated into that to avoid a further 30 mins viewing.

Patronising and insulting

I don't think I learnt anything from this training as almost everything mentioned was self-evident or based on well-rehearsed frameworks. The key points to note could have been put in a short document instead. When new employees are likely to be working extremely hard to try and fit everything in during induction period (and even more so during COVID), I feel that this training being required is something of an insult to employees. This requirement undoubtedly has a negative effect on perceptions of the organisation and on job satisfaction in more cases than mine.

Patronising and presumptive.

Fails to make reference to legislative differences across the UK. Makes truth claims about attitude and positivity towards employment. Patronising and facile assessment.

too basic

I am not sure why I needed to do this training. I started in lockdown so the idea of a return to work did not apply. I found a lot of the advice very obvious and simply common sense but perhaps other people would find this useful. I found it very frustrating I couldn't fast track through the parts that I didn't need.

Pointless waste of time.

Inaccurate and contradictory information etc.

Totally irrelevant

Have completed, totally irrelavent to my role within WWT ( volunteer ), which wasn't mentioned once. As a sufferer of MH anxiety issues, one needs educating on its effects on the individual. Each and everyone who suffers, is indeed that, an individual, whose symptoms can be totally different. What you do is speak in outdated generalities !! you speak of outlets of assistance ! Don't make me laugh, do you live in the real world ? Appropriate outlets of assistance, were bad enough to access pre covid19. Now !!!!! Your giving, generally, false info, unless you have insider assistance, who can access. They're virtually not there, just try getting a GP appointment, to start with. From a personel basis, the whole setup of this course was poor in all categories. 0 would've been my score if available. Needs overhauling. Certainly as a volunteer!!!! doesn't emit much confidence, infact it could well put me off volunteering at WWT, ( which at present, is because of, once a week, wednesday,10am - 1300pm ) something I've missed because of covid19. I intend talking to Brian + other volunteers, where I will gauge opinions, then I will base, whether I stay or go

Dull.

The videos are frustrating to watch and they are not always applicable. I could read through the content quicker. If you scroll through the sides backwards or forwards you have the re-watch each video before moving onto the next, which is annoying. Course contains some good content but it feels like is aimed a children rather that adults.
