Okay for NQT

Rather basic for experienced staff.

straight forward.

The test at the end was pretty easy and essentially common sense.

Not as useful as I expected

I was a little disappointed with this training video. Much I already understood and there was very little new, It seemed to be biased towards large firms rather than schools with their intrinsic difficulties.

Good course but too long

Not relevant for manual work

Appears to be aimed at those in an 'office' environment, without addressing the issues of workers who conduct more physically oriented work in groups or individually. I'm sure Ihasco can, and will, improve this. This module in particular suffers the general drawback of a one-way learning model - "click to confirm you have read and understood the documents" seems similar to the fourteen your old viewing an 'adult' website being asked "click to confirm you are over 18" although we'd all like to think the adult will behave appropriately.

It wasn't what we need

The first few slides were perfect for what we are looking for but then went on to be more about mental health which is important but not what we are looking for. We are looking more for procedures will be different, you may be asked to sanitise, wash hands, one way systems ie how this may look, signage you may see and some will be mandatory - all these things will be new to employees (and compulsory) so really would like training for them to be prepared to accept and use the new systems

Targeted more for office staff

Although the training was good, I felt it was more targeted to office based employees. I have a team of mixed skill level employees and whilst it would be good for the admin team I don't feel it would be so good for the catering employees. I think the training needs to be more targeted dependent on skill set.

Common Sense

Although I can understand that there might be some people who need this course, I felt that it mainly consists of "Common Sense" and was of limited benefit to me.
