It was good but....

I thought the training was quite good but there was, for me, too much focus on mindfulness et cetera. Whilst i accept that this will be helpful to many people here, probably the majority of people to be honest, it is not for me personally.

Not bad

Considering COVID19 is a pandemic and can cause death, I don't feel this video really helped. Very good for returning to work after a short illness though when there is no pandemic.

Useful points but slightly patronising.

One of the multiple choice questions at the end was a true/false response to the statement that often, overthinking causes unnecessary concerns about returning to work. This is an opinion, not a statement of fact, therefore should not be a true/false question. People who are naturally more introverted NEED to think and reflect on difficult situations in order to deal with them, and dismissing it as 'overthinking' devalues the skill of careful reflection.

A bit long winded

I appreciate the course is designed for different levels of understanding but I thought the information could have been more condensed.

Summary - use common sense

Didn't really feel 25 minutes was warranted. All common sense actions & some of it as if talking to someone going to primary school

Not entirely relevant

This appears to be a generic course about returning to work after an extended period of absence that has had a few references to COVID-19 and related resources added in an attempt to make it relevant to the current situation. For those who are nervous about returning to the workplace or have been furloughed, there are some very useful tips, but for those who have merely adapted their working practice and continued to work it is likely that they will easily adapt again when returning to the workplace. I could have scored 100% on the quiz without going through the various slides, but that wasn't an option.

a lot of repetition

prefer to read only which allows me to train self paced, your training does not allow this

Worth a look...

Though I can see it may have been useful to some staff, I personally didn't find it greatly helpful, I thought it was going to be about specific return to work information at our organisation. The presenter was clear in his delivery.

Video not working properly unfortunately

I had to just read through all the transcripts as each video only played for 6 seconds.

It was a bit patronising

These are very simple steps and somewhat obvious, especially as I already work in a mental health setting. It felt like a Politician was talking to me, with the hand gestures.Understand the importance of this knowledge but aimed at 4 year olds.
