Basically good food for thought for office staff in certain roles. While it isn't inappropriate for staff who have been working at the office for a long time, it is clearly far less relevant... which becomes increasingly annoying as the course takes so long at such a slow pace. Also, it hasn't been updated to match the fact that restrictions are now basically removed. It doesn't seem a good match for those staff whose job realities don't match the very desk-based, managerial environment presented in all the imagery and so doesn't seem fully suitable to all roles at MOLA. A good point is that it does give things to think about for both returnees and for those who have been at a workplace for a long time but need to work with those newly returning.

This course seemed to be designed for the lowest common denominator. Perhaps someone stressed would find it useful. For myself and for most staff, my guess is that it is pretty much a waste of time. What was said was obvious. It provided no new insights. This could should have been voluntary (not mandatory) for those with concerns about returning to work.
