helpful, practicable, do-able

The advice on the course was easily digestible and sensible with a range of options covering the needs of everyone returning to work. (I did wonder what advice there might be for anyone returning to work who feels that the arrangements in place are not appropriate. That's not the case where I work, but I have heard of people who feel that their workplaces are not taking their responsibilities seriously.)

Good Suggestions

Useful course with good suggestions. I especially liked the suggestion on creating a wellness action plan before returning to work.

Too long

The course is good quality but they last WAY too long.

3/5
Very informative

I found this session interesting and very informative.

5/5
Very Helpful

Very helpful and supportive training. I found the wording of one or two of the quiz questions at the end to be ambiguous and unclear, e.g. the question which included 'the opposite.'

4/5
Very informative

A informative test that has now increased my awareness of COVID-19 and it’s effects on others.

Refreshing!

Notable points highlighted and drawing positive from negative experiences.

4/5
Useful for own and others state of mind

Where the government guidelines is a bit dry but necessary to know and things have moved on as well, it was useful to consider the weight on my own state of mind and other colleagues. Also the look at helping yourself with all tips and techniques such as breathing exercises

4/5
reassuring

I did this (October 2021) the day before returning to the office for the first time since March 2020 when lock down began so it was timely. I found it useful and reassuring. The emphasis felt too strongly weighted on concerns about health (due to greater exposure potentially to risk of infection) and insufficiently focused on concerns arising from the impact of lock-down (eg getting used once again to working in a busy/noisy office environment in my case after being in a quiet home based workplace - I do understand that is not the case for many).
