Rather patronising and corporate.

I didnt feel I learned anything new. I found the squeaky clean, aspirational looking models a bit unrealistic and off-putting. Most importantly, not everybody has the luxury of management that is concerned with worker's well-being.

Really tedious

Found this fairly irrelevant as I've been in school all through 'lockdown'

2/5
Underwhelming

Most of what was discussed seemed like common sense, but delivered in a patronising corporate manner. There was no mention of trade unions or the role they can play in a safe return to work.

2/5
Too generic and downplaying commuting

Commuting is the most dangerous part of the day for people taking public transport. a commute is a necessity not something that is good for us or that we enjoy. that section was patronising and ridiculous.

2/5
common sense

A common-sense approach course if applicable to the individuals work situation and context of covid 19.

Some useful advice but too long

Some useful and reassuring advice but far too long for the message being conveyed and very patronising!

Not sufficiently relevant

I found this video disappointing in that: • It was targeted at an office environment, not at the kind of jobs at schools apart from admin roles • It seemed to be based on a format of a return to work after a period of sickness absence rather than a major pandemic and generally enforced absence • The reference to COVID in brackets in the title didn’t automatically make it OK; it seemed to have been tacked on as an afterthought to a standard return to work management course I got nothing from it; thinking about my colleagues, I doubt they got much more from it
