The information is given in a very clear and concise manner making it easy for all to understand. It is broken into manageable chunks, allowing time for breaks and can be saved for later so you can come back to it.
This course gave me the opportunity to see how important my work is. How important it is to know about all allergens: where they are, why they occur, how they are transmitted. How clean do I need to keep myself (hands, clothes, protective clothing) and keep the workplace clean. How to pack and store products. All this knowledge and rules can save a person’s life.
I found this course easy to follow and full of the relevant information
