Excellent

Really clear, precise training that explains issues in an accessible manner with excellent examples. Gives you time to break, pause and reflect.

The course is very understanding and thoughtful.

A lot of wishy washy padding and a small amount of useful legal information. Waste of time

The training was a great reminder of the subject and was very informative with just the right amount of content. It is important that all employees at all levels refresh this learning and make sure the workforce are all following legal and Corporate values and legislation. I will certainly be raising awareness at my next team meeting of ED & I.

This dealt with often difficult and controversial issues very effectively always emphasising what is required in law and remembering to include the importance of human kindness, decency and sensitivity when exploring Equality Diversity and Inclusion.

The one piece of stereotyping I felt within the body of the course was the video clips always had a middle aged white man as the ignorant participant in the scenario. It is not always like this and in effect it causes hurt and harassments to middle aged white men by association?
