Brilliant
I found this course very thought provoking, really needing to consider fully each and every part of it. So many different components of equity and equality are supported by law but information was made accessible to be understood by participants of this course. Your examples of analysing (our own) human behaviours and looking at things from another person's viewpoint were very enlightening. The Barista analogy and the 60 second reframing exercise were useful tools.
The course subjects were comprehensive and made it abundantly clear how all colleagues should be treated and how they should treat their co-workers. It left one with much to think about and consider in their daily working life. No doubt there will be instances in the future when the recall will be load and clear and very helpful.
