informative course

I love it and would recommend every company to engage its employee on this. The course has just awakened me in the way that I will be more careful and also implement a lot and improve in my workplace especially keeping in mind that i am one of the treads that weaves the workplace fabric together and the fabric of the society.

easy to navigate and understand.

AS ABOVE and a test!!!

Video not work related

The course included videos of offices with meetings and staff in a partial open plan office . This is not realistic to most of industry and could put people doing the course off. I have been an employer and an employee , the course should reflect reality .

4/5
Content good, presentation less so

Content is good but the presentation could be more engaging and the inclusion of role plays would bring the material to life. A lot of monologue to communicate a lot of detail.

4/5
Easy to follow, clear speakers

This course is really easy to follow and always has up to date information. I love the way you can pause the courses and complete at leisure.

Disagrees with the Equality Act

As expected, a large focus was on gender identity 'assigned sex at birth' which I'm not sure is actually in line with the Equality Act 2010. This should be re-written and less about pandering to what activists want.
