Lots of information, too little time

Really engaging format. Lots of clear, concise information. My one complaint would be the amount of time allocated - this took me a lot more than 1 hour to go through it properly, in a way that actually made me retain enough information to be useful.

I think the course was clear.

The course was engaging despite being online!

Helpful in bringing the matter forward.

I thought that I was aware of most of the issues already however this has brought some new issues to light and has helped to reinforce and further explain the issues I was aware of which has been helpful. I certainly learned from the Equality/Equity issues and the course clarified this very well. Mostly the course made me think just a little more deeply about how to recognise the issues in myself and in others and I am grateful for that.

Educational

Quite a long course, started to lose interest. Maybe include some more questions along the way to keep you involved or reduce duration

Lots to take in.

The course covers a lot of ground. There were concepts that were new to me such as the definitions of harrassment and victimisation which I needed to go back over to fully understand. The E Learning style allowed me to revisit that easily.

Very informative

A lot of useful information. I found some of the questions at the end of each module hard, sometimes there were no obvious wrong answers and there was a lot to remember from each module but the quiz at the end was easier.

it covers it

I was able to get some filing done while listening to it. Not too taxing but covered all the points.

Very Good Food for Thought.

It really makes you think about your fellow employees and how you treat them.
