Useful knowledge to have.

Gives a better understanding of the subject matter. All learning & information is useful for us all to become a better & more understanding of how our behaviour affects others & visa Versa.

It was a bit long.

Although this was very long - 33 slides, I really enjoyed it in the end.

5/5
very detail information

I know different types of discrimination and have learned the prevention dealing with the problems.

5/5
Really succinct and accessible

The training was informative and enjoyable. The content was pitched just right and explained the key issues in a way that I could understand. Really good examples were used to explain different points.

5/5
the course is discriminatory

the course material fails to take neurodiversity into account in its teaching and testing methods. The course is therefor discriminatory against neurodiverse persons.

Very surface level

It would be worthwhile to clarify that the terminology being used has been lifted from the Equality Act (2010) and does not reflect current best practice with regards language use, particularly in the definitions of race. It would also be worth going beyond a very long recap of legal requirements under the Equality Act and more focus on the organisation's own approach to inclusion and representation in the workplace.
