Made my think about a few things before I had never considered. However it is frustrating that if you go back to a previous item you have to re-watch the videos and cannot skip them to the point you had reached previously.
This was a fine programme and was very well expressed. It was a pity to find several grammatical errors in an otherwise good production.
Quite a lot to digest when the group's identified are so close together.
This is a really comprehensive course covering all you need to know about D&I in the workplace. My one criticism would be the use of the term BAME. I think it is an outdated term and it should be explained that it is no longer acceptable to use this as it diminishes identities,. It is a lazy term and we should be talking about why it is not helpful to use it.
