Put a lot of information across mostly in a clear manner. The explanations of equality and inclusion could have been clearer somehow.

I really enjoyed this course and have taken away some new knowledge and a feeling of wanting to learn more.

I found this course useful and interesting. I am able to list numerous examples within the organisation which employs me where conduct and decisions in the recent past have not complied with best practise. Missing from the course is what you should do about this. To be fair the organisation is setting up a group forum, openly asking for participants from across the business, and has of course provided access to this course. I still remain sceptical that this might be another box ticking exercise, because this is what has been done with respect to the espoused core values especially the claimed alignment with integrity. Culture change is what is needed and this requires strong leadership. Hopefully things will change.
