A wide reaching overview giving an awareness of the subject in a relatively short space of time. It is assumed that the student has some prior knowledge/awareness to fully understand the issues involved; otherwise more instruction to a slightly deeper level would be beneficial.

Helped an old member of the community through a new vocabulary and way of looking at work life

clearly explained with the ability to re-visit any part of the sylabus

The training was good but very long and could have been split into two separeate traimg moduals.

Clarified a few things and also taught me a few things that I didn't know before such as age discrimination when jobs ask for 'minimum years experience'. Raises the question though, if this is classed as illegal, how come pretty much all companies and job vacancies still list this as a requirement? Definitely makes things harder for younger workers or people who are looking to start a career.

I would like to see more narritive regarding the actual legislation that governs Equality Diverity in the Worplace

I would like to see more referece to Legislation as we need to reference it in Validation Visits to Inspectors

Clear and to the point. The only bad thing was the practice test at the end of each section required sound and there were no subtitles. I think this is an example of indirect discrimination.

Good clear information. Would have preferred fewer videos as they took a while to load making the process longer. Was unable to access training on PC at school had to do at home on ipad ( not ideal)
