I found the course informative but it was not easy to follow. I had to go back on subjects quite a few times to get the meaning. I liked the coffee shop scenario at the beginning and would've liked to see more of these types of examples. Lots of parrot type talking is not the best way to keep someone's attention, in my opinion. I scored 85% but could've scored higher if there were more examples provided that reflect real life
If English is not the participants first language, the lengthy wording in explanation paragraphs and double negatives in tests could cause issue. ie the test including the word "Passive" confused me - and English is my first language.
Quite engaging, but I didn’t really learn anything new. It’s mostly common sense and the test was probably too easy. It could maybe be cut to half an hour like some of other training courses?
Would have preferred it to be in smaller sections. Due to Work commitments i couldnt do it in 1 go so had to go over previous sections again
No summary provided
no introductory explanation to help the learner; and difficult to complete the learning with format used. Therefore took longer to do than envisaged.
This course is about employees and people who work in organisations, not for people who volunteer one morning a fortnight.
I'm glad we had some training but that it culminates in a test without obvious means to accommodate for people with specific learning disabilities to use accessibility options like read aloud and focus mode, is very exclusionary.
Most of the test is so banal with trivial answer options.
I believe this is a topic which could have been kept short and sweet. I already knew a lot about this subject. There was no need for so many slides on this topic.
