For someone just starting our as a remote worker, this is good, but it adds nothing at all after two or three years doing that - I feel that it's just a box-ticking exercise to make me go through it again and again
Good reminder of common sense habits that are not necessarily common practice. And some new points to take aware, such as scheduling meetings in different time zones, referring to their time.
Suggests elements of flexibility that would be management decisions eg equipment and resources required to ask employer for. Hybrid working is slightly different particularly if an employer has an office centric model with some remote working. Using this training for all staff may be difficult to manage staff expectations

Lots of dialect but not much else going on. Some things are just common sense.

Kind of irrelevant as I’ve been working from home for over 25 years
The course was clear and well contructed. I found the list of tools for effective remote working useful, but most of the contect was very basic for someone who has already beenworking from home.
