could be shorter, seems too repetitive and long winded repeats several times
This is a good course to remind you to ensure your equipment is correctly set up, you take breaks and ensure you are working in the correct position. Today I have been leaning over my laptop, have not taken a break and not stretched or corrected my posture so I am now about to do all of these.

This was a very informative and important course. I am now much more aware of my posture and positioning. This course will make a huge difference on my wellbeing.
My suggestion would be to allow individuals to skip the pregnancy section as not applicable to all.
