Good training programme covers all aspects thoroughly at the right level for everyone and not too in depth, worthwhile.

The course was useful, particularly to allow a risk assessment to be carried out.

I found this to be a helpful training programme and have used what I have learned to adjust my work station at home and at work. It was a good reminder of good practice and the risk assessment is a useful feature. I have rolled this out to my colleague to complete before our next meeting to address any concerns they have about their work station.

Very useful for anyone working long hours at the office. The videos were very well presented and the demonstrations made the text even more clear.

The training material is well structured, explained well and easy to understand. Still, small "personal freedom" could be considered, since different people cope up differently and adjust differently to such factors.

It was good, introductions were too long. The question on eyes - I clicked on both as answer (ie. blinking eyes) and you marked this wrong. I believe it was correct. Or perhaps the question was ambiguous. Also the picture where you had to find the problems. The open window was too obscure.

I found this to not be a healthy or safe means of conveying this information. My first point, that you are educating me about the the health and safety aspects of computers and desk, by using a computer and desk. Secondly, it was not done in an interesting way, as promised. And finally, the multiple choice test at the end contained answers that were correct in their own right, but reguarded as incorrect.

It was really easy to navigate around the pages and the demonstrations were really helpful to see what we should be doing and how our workstation should look.

Very easy to follow and understand with clear, concise instructions.
