This was very good and I have now got a good insight of how things should be set up.

Very simple and concise

Good that you dont have to attend class based training but still get the opportunity to gain new knowledge and be tested on it

A very informative programme which can be done at your own speed and is less stressful than everything having to be done in one training session with a training provider in the workplace.

This training was fine.

Ironically, I was quite tired and drained by the time I got round to this training. I don't think I will have the time to do the desk exercises although it's good to know what to do if I did have the time. Sometimes it's difficult to set your desk up perfectly as all the equipment is provided to you and not every organisation makes sure you have adequate space. I appeciate the importance of this though and the stress you can cause your body if your not positioned properly.

4/5
Informative

It reinforced my understanding of good office environment practice and to make sure that I adhere to Health and Saftey Issues.

The assessment questionaire could be improved. When you are able to save, but con't complete the assessment questionnaire because one or more questions were unanswered, it would be VERY helpful if the unanswered questions were highlighted in some way, e.g. by red colouring. It took me ages of reading up and down to find the two questions which I had not answered.
