This is a good course to remind you to ensure your equipment is correctly set up, you take breaks and ensure you are working in the correct position. Today I have been leaning over my laptop, have not taken a break and not stretched or corrected my posture so I am now about to do all of these.

The DSE Training and Assessment is thorough and reminds you about taking breaks for your eyes as well as your body. Its well thought through and easy to follow.
