it was a longer course but I see the value, at least the material was well presented unfortunately i cannot complete my home assessment as I haven't moved into my new home yet.
The course is comprehensive and covers all areas of DSE health. Adjustable playback speed would be useful as this would reduce the time taken to complete and make the videos more engaging.

Most of it common sense. Main takeaway- don't be afraid to take breaks from your screen, it will make you more productive in the long run.
